FREE TREE WORK™ is a promotional refund incentive, not a sweepstakes, raffle, contest, or gambling activity. Customers do not pay to enter, and no purchase is required to receive an entry.

Every completed qualifying tree-service project automatically receives 1 entry into a randomized drawing for a 100% refund of that project (up to a $10,000 maximum).

This promotion may be modified or ended at any time, but any job already completed remains eligible for its cycle’s drawing.

Which Jobs Qualify for FREE TREE WORK™?

To keep the program fair and transparent, only tree-service projects qualify for entry into the refund drawing.
Below is a clear breakdown of what does — and does not — count as a qualifying job.

 

✔ Qualifying Tree-Service Projects

 

The following services earn 1 entry into the drawing once the project is fully completed:

• Tree removals (standard or high-risk)

• Tree trimming or tree pruning

• Hazardous limb removal

• Storm cleanup involving fallen or damaged trees

• Winter tree preparation / Fall tree cleanup

• Seasonal property cleanup when related specifically to tree debris or tree maintenance

Only the tree-service portion of any mixed project is eligible.

❌ Non-Qualifying Services

These services do not qualify for FREE TREE WORK™ entries:

• Landscaping projects

• Hardscaping projects

• Retaining walls

• Patios, walkways, or outdoor living construction

• Grading or leveling

• Decorative rock installations

• Any service not directly related to tree removal or tree care

If a project contains both tree work and non-tree work, only the tree portion qualifies for the program.

Participation Requirements

To keep the FREE TREE WORK™ program transparent, fair, and consistent, each customer must meet the following participation requirements. These steps ensure eligibility for the refund drawing after a qualifying tree-service job is completed.

 

✔ 1. Allow Video Recording of the Work

 

Customers must agree to allow our crew to film portions of the project.
This footage may be used for:

• Marketing

• Social media

• Advertising

• Training

• Future promotional materials

No compensation is provided for recorded content.

✔ 2. Leave an Honest Google Review

 

Customers are required to leave a Google Review after the job is complete.
Reviews may be:

• Positive

• Neutral

• Negative

Only honesty is required — not praise.

✔ 3. Acknowledge the Promotional Terms

 

Before the job begins, customers must acknowledge:

• The promotional refund structure

• The maximum refund amount

• That the program is not a sweepstakes or gambling activity

• That eligibility activates only after completing a qualifying project

This confirmation may be written, digital, or verbal, depending on company policy.

 

✔ 4. Complete a Qualifying Tree-Service Project

 

Participation requires the completion of a job that meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Non-tree services do not qualify.

 

✔ 5. Confirm Understanding of the $10,000 Refund Maximum

 

The maximum refund value — regardless of total job cost — is $10,000.
Projects over that amount may still win, but will be refunded only up to the promotional limit.

How Winners Are Selected

Each cycle of the FREE TREE WORK™ promotion is based on 25 completed qualifying tree-service jobs. Once a cycle reaches 25 completed projects, one winner is selected using a neutral and unbiased process.

 

✔ 1. One Entry Per Completed Qualifying Job

 

Each qualifying project automatically receives 1 entry into the drawing for its cycle.
Entries activate only after:

• The job is completed

• The participation requirements have been fulfilled

Job order = entry order (e.g., the 8th completed job in the cycle = Entry #8).

 

✔ 2. Randomized & Impartial Winner Selection

 

When a cycle reaches 25 completed qualifying jobs:

• All 25 entries are compiled

• A neutral, randomized selection method is used to choose the winner

• No employee, contractor, or representative may influence the outcome

This ensures fairness, transparency, and equal opportunity.

 

✔ 3. How Winner Notification Works

 

Winners are contacted directly using their:

• Phone number

• Email

• Or both

Winners may be announced publicly unless they request confidentiality.

 

✔ 4. What Happens If the Promotion Ends Early

 

If the company pauses or ends the program:

• Any qualifying job already completed remains fully eligible

• Drawings will be held for all cycles that have reached 25 completed jobs

There is no cancellation of earned entries.

Refund Payment Details

If selected as the winner of a FREE TREE WORK™ cycle, the customer will receive a refund of their qualifying project according to the terms listed below. Refunds apply only to completed tree-service work and are subject to the promotional limit.

Winners receive a full refund of the cost of their qualifying tree-service job.
This includes:

• Labor

• Equipment

• Disposal fees

• Any applicable taxes related to the tree-service portion

Non-tree portions of mixed projects are excluded.

 

✔ 2. Refund Maximum: $10,000

 

Refunds are capped at $10,000, regardless of total project value.
Projects above this amount may still win but will only receive the promotional maximum.

 

✔ 3. Refund Payment Method

 

Refunds may be issued by:

• Check

• Cash

• Electronic payment (Zelle, bank transfer, or approved method)

The company will decide the final payment method based on convenience and verification requirements.

Refunds are generally issued within a reasonable timeframe after the winner is selected.
